Miss October

The temps here have started
taking off their steamy attire for Fall.
It’s been a long Summer tease, but
we’re getting ready to crawl under the covers,
and snuggle-up through the night
with a calendar babe of color.

This is nice. Love the image of summer undressing and making ready for fall and winter.

Don't you ust love staying all covered up on a cold morning? Simply lovely.

I hope it's getting cooler in GA than up here in MI, I was fishing today--in the rain--without rain gear for it was 85 degrees--that said, another good poem and winter will arrive.

She's been doing a fair amount of quiet weeping here, with occasional outbursts. Nice imagery, Pat.

I enjoyed this one... a celebration of summer's relentles heat vs. the cosy relief of snuggling under your blankie!

She sure is a classy babe with those brown red and yellow clothes she is removing in such a stately strip tease. Makes me want to linger and watch a little before we slip under those sparkling white sheets.
